Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to guests
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop promotional materials and participate in industry events to showcase the hotel's offerings
- Train and mentor sales team members to ensure their success

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team
- In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry in Karachi
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary: 1800$ per month

Location: Karachi, Pakistan (non-negotiable)
