Senior Architect - Khanpur (Visa Sponsorship Available)


We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Khanpur. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You must have extensive experience in the field, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design and development of projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Oversee and provide guidance to junior architects and designers
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans
- Review and approve contractor bids, proposals, and change orders
- Liaise with construction teams, engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in managing a team is preferred but not required
