Senior Architect (Khanpur, Pakistan)


We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Khanpur, Pakistan. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of architectural projects, managing a team of architects and designers, and ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion
- Manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their requirements
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects
- Oversee construction progress to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues or challenges, and provide guidance to the construction team
- Mentor junior architects and provide training as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect, with a portfolio demonstrating successful project management
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of architects or designers
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
