Senior Architect


We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Khanpur. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they meet client expectations and comply with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely completion of projects within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Supervise junior architects and provide guidance on design concepts, construction techniques, and project management
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure designs are compliant
- Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to discuss project progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work
- Ability to lead a team effectively

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1400$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This is a full-time position based in Khanpur. While nationality or location preference is not mandatory for this role, candidates must have valid work authorization for Khanpur.
