Cruise Line Customer Service Representative

We are in search of a friendly and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative. This position is open to Malayalees who are fluent in English and have a passion for the cruise industry.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, booking reservations, and providing information about our cruise packages. You will also handle complaints and resolve any issues that may arise during the customer's journey.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided to familiarize you with our company's policies and procedures.
