Architecture Manager in Faroe-Islands


We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the client's specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and oversee the design process
- Review architectural plans and make necessary changes
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met
- Identify potential issues or risks and develop solutions to address them
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is following plans and regulations
- Ensure that projects comply with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Provide quality control for all aspects of the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this contract position.

Location:
This is a full-time position based in Faroe Islands. Relocation assistance is not provided for this role.
