Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the construction process for various projects in Remish. They will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines, including budgets and resources allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet client requirements
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays that arise
- Manage project budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
- Conduct site visits to inspect work progress and quality control measures
- Hire and supervise subcontractors as needed
- Prepare regular reports on project status, including financials, for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or related role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficiency in MS Office suite; experience with construction management software a plus
- Must have valid work authorization in Remish
