Job Title: CNC Operator



As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality metal and plastic parts. You will work with materials such as steel, aluminum, and titanium to create precision components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is located in Osijek and is open to all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
- Set up and operate CNC machines including lathes, mills, or grinders
- Adjust machine settings to control speed, feed, and other parameters
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed for quality assurance
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications
- Troubleshoot machinery and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met
- Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot machinery
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Salary: $1400 per month

This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday-Friday. No experience is required as we provide on-the-job training. We do not offer accommodation but can assist in finding suitable housing options. Candidates must have their own visa.
