The city of Atlanta is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing welding and fabrication tasks on various construction projects throughout the city. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements
- Operate welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, and stick welders
- Fabricate metal structures and components according to specifications
- Conduct quality checks on completed welds to ensure they meet safety and structural standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Welder in a construction or manufacturing setting
- Valid welding certification preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work
- Knowledge of different types of welding techniques and equipment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have own welding gear
