Smelter Operator


We are seeking a highly skilled Smelter Operator to join our team in Malindi. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and maintaining smelting equipment, as well as knowledge of safety protocols and procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring and adjusting furnace temperatures, loading and unloading materials, and conducting regular maintenance on equipment. The successful candidate will also have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent problem-solving skills. This is a physically demanding role that requires working with high temperatures and heavy machinery. Salary for this position is 1300$. Women and individuals from African or Malayalee backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply. No English language proficiency is required for this position.
