IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Clairvaux. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing system updates and maintenance, and setting up new equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for problem-solving. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Experience with system updates and maintenance
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred:
- Experience with network administration
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
