We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Kaunas. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans and drawings for various projects. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$, without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed architectural plans
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to develop and modify designs
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to plans
- Prepare project cost estimates and timelines
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and new technology in architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software, preferably AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
