Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on various structures such as rooftops, ground mounts, and carports
- Ensure all equipment and materials are properly set up and secured
- Perform routine maintenance on installed solar systems
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation or maintenance
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in solar panel installation preferred, but not required
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and wiring
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
