Construction Project Manager


As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and implementation of construction projects in the city of Lisbon. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Your main duties will include creating project timelines and budgets, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies, conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations, and managing subcontractors and suppliers.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and at least 2 years of experience as a Construction Manager. You should also possess strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and techniques.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates. We are also offering visa sponsorship for international applicants.
