Our retail store in Herning, Denmark is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store is visually appealing and well-stocked at all times. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create attractive product displays that effectively showcase our merchandise
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products
- Collaborate with the buying team to plan and implement visual merchandising strategies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of store shelves, racks, and displays
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current retail trends and customer preferences
- Assist with receiving and unpacking new merchandise shipments
- Communicate effectively with store management regarding inventory needs and sales performance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in merchandising or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting
- Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with POS systems a plus
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
