Office Assistant - Al-Rayyan, Canada
We are hiring an efficient and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Canada. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and responding to emails
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and anticipating needed supplies
- Prepare and maintain documents and records, such as reports, memos, and correspondence
- Schedule appointments and meetings for management team
- Assist with organizing events or company activities
- Keep the office clean and tidy at all times
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Requirements:
- Canadian nationality or valid work permit in Canada
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills in both English (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
Salary: $1400 per month
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance. Accommodation will not be provided.
