Front Desk Receptionist - Al-Rayyan, Qatar
The ideal candidate for this position should be a friendly and outgoing individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests and visitors, as well as performing administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments
- Respond to emails and handle correspondence as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate appointments and reservations for conference rooms or other facilities
- Keep track of office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration is a plus
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Friendly personality with a professional appearance
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

This role is located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.
