We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our growing team in Acre, Egypt or Kenya. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to achieve company goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Monitor team progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve individual and team performance
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project delivery
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving results
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)

We offer competitive salary of $1400/month (negotiable based on experience) along with visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.
