Online Consultant - Indians Preferred


We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Herzliya. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our English-speaking clients. This is a full-time position that does not require accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone
- Understand and address customer needs, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner
- Offer product recommendations and upsell when appropriate
- Educate customers on features, benefits, and usage of products or services
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures
- Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and procedures

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Knowledge of basic computer operations and software applications
- Availability to work full-time without accommodation
- Possess a biometric passport for ease of travel
