Executive Chef
We are in search of a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in the beautiful Faroe Islands. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes, as well as strong leadership skills to manage the kitchen staff.
Responsibilities:
- Design and create high-quality menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and cater to different dietary requirements
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish served
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to maintain proper stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events and promotions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Exceptional knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Ability to lead a team effectively and delegate tasks accordingly
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Creativity and passion for creating unique dishes
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
Salary: 1500$ per month
Location: Faroe Islands (accommodation not provided)

Education requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
