A reputable painting company based in Balzers is seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1700$. As an established company, we have a preference for Kenyan nationals, but all nationalities are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the painting industry and be able to work independently without accommodation. We will provide free visa and ticket for the selected candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks
- Apply paint or other finishes to various surfaces including walls, ceilings, furniture, and structures
- Mix colors or oils to obtain desired color or consistency
- Clean and maintain all equipment used in the painting process
- Ensure quality of work meets company standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a painter
- Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials
- Ability to work independently without accommodation
- Attention to detail and strong eye for color and design
- Physically fit and able to work on ladders or scaffolding if needed
