Junior Architectural Designer


We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will work closely with our senior designers and architects to assist in the design and development of various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the creation of architectural designs, concepts, and drawings for new projects
- Collaborating with senior designers and architects to ensure project specifications are met
- Conducting research on materials, building codes, and regulations for project feasibility
- Creating 3D models and renderings to present design ideas to clients
- Supporting project management by attending meetings, site visits, and communicating with clients
- Contributing to the development of detailed construction documents

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects in a professional setting
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Proficiency in Revit or other BIM software
