As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction project from start to finish
- Manage and supervise on-site construction teams, including contractors and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and ensure project stays on schedule and within budget
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Review and approve project plans, blueprints, and other documentation
