Milling Machine Operator


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Milling Machine Operator to join our team in Pula. As a Milling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining milling machines to produce precision metal parts according to specifications. This is a contract job with a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines to perform precision machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine machine settings and tool requirements
- Ensure the quality of finished parts by monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy using precision measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the milling machines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating milling machines in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision measuring instruments
- Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
