Formworker for Construction Projects in Utena, Lithuania


We are hiring a skilled Formworker to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling concrete structures for various construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of formwork
- Measure and cut materials to ensure proper fit and alignment
- Assemble wood or metal forms for pouring concrete
- Set up support structures such as scaffolds or ladders
- Pour and spread concrete to specified thickness using hand tools or machinery
- Smooth and finish surfaces using hand tools or power tools
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, and other fixtures in freshly poured concrete
- Remove forms after concrete has dried and clean up work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Formworker or similar role preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Knowledge of different types of formwork systems
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Working Conditions:
This job requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. The work may also involve high physical demands, including lifting heavy materials, bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods.

Education Requirements:
No formal education is required but a high school diploma or equivalent would be an advantage.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is preferred but not required.
