Construction Manager

We are in need of an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects in Greenland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
- Oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure that safety standards and quality control are maintained
- Review project plans and specifications to identify any potential issues or conflicts
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project to provide updates and address any concerns
- Monitor progress on construction sites and make adjustments as needed to keep projects on track
- Handle any issues or disputes that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with budgets and creating project schedules

We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this position. Please note that this is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Greenland.
