Dismantler - Automotive Sector


We are in search of a skilled Dismantler to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Dismantler, you will be responsible for disassembling vehicles and salvaging usable parts for resale. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work with hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Disassemble vehicles according to safety and environmental regulations
- Identify and remove usable parts for resale
- Prepare parts for shipping or storage
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Follow inventory management processes to ensure accurate tracking of parts

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dismantler in the automotive sector
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify usable parts
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in dismantling vehicles

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, and have a strong work ethic. As this is a team-oriented role, excellent communication skills are also required.

Compensation:
