Administrator - Mecca, Saudi Arabia
Our company is searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage and distribute company correspondence
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports, memos, and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reports
- Monitor office supply inventory and place orders when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Proven work experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have a valid biometric passport for travel purposes
