We are in need of an experienced and skilled Equipment Operator to join our team in Dickirch. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, cranes, and forklifts. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Read and interpret construction plans to determine equipment needs
- Transport materials and equipment to different job sites
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or damage to equipment
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Equipment Operator or similar role
- Ability to operate various types of heavy equipment efficiently and safely
- Knowledge of construction plans, blueprints, and diagrams
- Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy machinery for long periods of time
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception for precise movements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

This position is suitable for men without prior experience but with a strong interest in the construction industry. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
