Barber for Indian Community in Bungoma


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team in Bungoma, catering specifically to the Indian community. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients in a friendly manner and consult with them on their desired haircut or style
- Provide haircuts, trims, shaves, and other grooming services according to client preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized
- Advise clients on proper haircare techniques and products
- Keep up-to-date with current trends and styles in the barbering industry
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of services provided
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their return business

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber, preferably within the Indian community
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with English-speaking clients
- Knowledge of various hair types and textures, as well as different cutting techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
- Experience working with women's hair is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this full-time position.
