Construction Project Manager - Nepali Speaking (Contract)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager with fluency in Nepali and English for a contract position in Clairvaux. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to overseeing contractors and ensuring project completion on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage all aspects of the construction process, including procurement, scheduling, and quality control
- Oversee contractors to ensure adherence to project plans and specifications
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and identify any potential issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on site
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports
- Provide regular reports on project status to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Fluent in Nepali and English
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively negotiate with contractors
- Experience managing budgets and schedules
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
