Construction Project Manager


We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our building projects in Clairvaux. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of construction projects from beginning to end. Your role will involve working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Coordinate and manage all project activities from start to finish
- Monitor progress and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and team members to provide updates on project status
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop solutions to address them
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Review project designs and specifications to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness
- Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other external parties involved in the project
- Prepare progress reports for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Knowledge of construction processes, procedures, materials, and equipment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to read blueprints/technical drawings
- Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD or Procore is preferred

Salary: $1200 per month
