We are seeking a talented and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of a couple's wedding day, from venue selection to vendor management and everything in between. Your primary goal will be to ensure that each wedding is executed flawlessly and exceeds the expectations of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine their wedding vision and budget
- Source and secure venues for ceremonies and receptions
- Negotiate contracts with vendors such as florists, caterers, photographers, etc.
- Create detailed timelines and itineraries for the wedding day
- Oversee all aspects of event setup, including decor, seating arrangements, etc.
- Coordinate transportation for the wedding party and guests
- Act as a point of contact for all vendors leading up to and on the wedding day
- Ensure that all details are executed according to the client's wishes and within their budget
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day itself

Requirements:
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in weddings
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- A creative mindset with a passion for designing memorable events
- Familiarity with local venues and vendors in Jeddah preferred

Salary:
1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Additional Requirements:
This is a contract job with no accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship may be offered for suitable candidates. Freshers with relevant education or training are also encouraged to apply.
