Facade Engineer
Location: Khanpur, Pakistan


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facade Engineer to join our team in Khanpur. As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and implementing building facade systems that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meet all safety standards. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to develop innovative solutions for building facades.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and analyzing building facade systems using appropriate software tools
- Conducting site visits to assess existing facades and provide recommendations for improvements
- Collaborating with architects and contractors to ensure design concepts are feasible and practical
- Developing detailed construction drawings and specifications for facade systems
- Identifying potential risks or issues during the design phase and providing solutions to mitigate them
- Reviewing shop drawings from fabricators to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Conducting performance testing on completed facade systems to verify their structural integrity and functionality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facade design or relevant field
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit; experience with BIM is a plus
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety standards, and construction processes related to facades
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders

Salary:
As a Facade Engineer in Khanpur, you can expect a salary of $1600 per month. Salary may vary based on qualifications and experience.
