Cruise Line Sales Representative

As a Cruise Line Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling cruise packages to potential customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be interacting with customers from various backgrounds and nationalities. You must be able to effectively explain the features and benefits of different cruise packages, and address any questions or concerns that customers may have.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell cruise packages to potential customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, itineraries, and pricing for all available cruises
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to close sales and meet sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agents and other partners to generate leads and referrals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies aimed at increasing sales

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the travel industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and deadlines

Work Environment:
This position is based in Lusail but may require occasional travel within the country for trade shows or other events. As a Cruise Line Sales Representative, you will primarily work in an office setting but may also attend training sessions on board cruise ships.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
