Network and Systems Administrator

As a Network and Systems Administrator in our company, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and security of our network and computer systems. Your role will involve configuring, maintaining, and monitoring network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and servers. You will also be responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of our network and systems through regular backups, updates, and security patches.

Your daily tasks will include performing system upgrades and backups, monitoring network performance, identifying and resolving technical issues, implementing security measures to protect against cyber threats, and providing technical support to employees. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation of network configurations and procedures.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, as well as experience with network management tools. You should also have knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V, and experience with cloud computing platforms.

As a successful candidate for this position, you should possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work well under pressure. Strong communication skills are also important as you will be required to collaborate with other IT teams and communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month with a free visa sponsorship and ticket to Alta.
