IT Manager



We are currently seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our team in Sheduva, India. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This is a full-time position that does not require English proficiency or prior experience, and does not offer accommodation or visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the overall goals of the company
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software systems
- Monitor network performance and security to ensure maximum uptime and data protection
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize disruptions
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in an IT management role (preferred but not required)
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and software applications
- Excellent communication skills for effectively managing a team and interacting with other departments
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure
- Analytical thinking skills for problem-solving and decision-making
