We are seeking a skilled baker to join our team in the beautiful city of Albena, Bulgaria. As a baker, you will be responsible for creating and producing a variety of baked goods for our customers. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month, with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries and other baked goods according to recipes
- Measure and mix ingredients to form dough or batter
- Shape dough into loaves or other desired forms
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Decorate and finish products with glazes, icings or toppings
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Ensure all products meet quality standards
- Clean work area and equipment daily

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a baker in a professional setting
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to produce consistent results
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts or weekends as needed

Preference will be given to Indian nationals who have experience working in a bakery or pastry shop. However, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
