We are in search of a reliable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team in Moscow, Russia. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in professional cleaning and be able to work efficiently and independently. This is a contract position with a salary of 900$, with the added benefit of accommodation and visa sponsorship for foreign applicants.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Clean and restock bathrooms with necessary supplies
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Ensure all rooms are tidy and organized
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to management
- Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning products

Requirements:
- Previous experience in professional cleaning preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within allotted time frame
- Knowledge of safe handling practices for cleaning products
- Basic English proficiency for communication purposes

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in residential or hotel settings
- Knowledge of different types of cleaning products and their uses
- Ability to speak Russian for better communication with colleagues
