Job Title: Equipment Operator

Description:
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team in Ashdod. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, to prepare and move materials on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have experience operating different types of equipment and possess a valid driver's license. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to company policies and procedures
- Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, grading land, and digging trenches
- Load and transport materials using appropriate equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating specific types of heavy equipment (bulldozers, excavators, etc.)
- Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures for heavy machinery
