Part-time Cashier for Indian Restaurant in Los Angeles

We are hiring a part-time Cashier for our busy Indian restaurant in Los Angeles. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently. This is a contract position without accommodation, perfect for students or those looking for extra income.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly smile
- Take orders from customers and answer any questions they may have about the menu
- Accurately input orders into the POS system
- Process payments using cash, credit/debit cards, or mobile payment methods
- Count and balance cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Maintain a clean work area and ensure all supplies are stocked
- Assist with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience as a Cashier preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US

Salary: $1100 per month
