Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail industry and be able to effectively manage the planning, procurement, and display of merchandise in our stores. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that our stores are stocked with the right products, at the right time, and in the right quantities.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies in line with company objectives
- Analyze sales data and customer trends to determine product assortment
- Source new products from suppliers and negotiate pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Create attractive displays to showcase merchandise in stores
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotions and sales strategies
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising or retail management
- Strong understanding of retail operations and supply chain management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Biometric passport for international travel may be required

Salary: $1400 USD per month
