Part-Time Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architecture Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Greenland. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

As the Architecture Manager, you will work closely with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to plan, design, and implement various construction projects. Your responsibilities will include developing project briefs, creating architectural designs and drawings, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, managing project budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a degree in architecture or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Previous experience working on projects in Greenland would be an advantage. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team are essential for success in this role.
