Architecture Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Greenland. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects, engineers, and other professionals to deliver high-quality architectural designs and construction projects.
- Plan and oversee all project phases from concept development to completion.
- Develop project budgets and schedules and ensure that they are adhered to throughout the project.
- Review and approve designs, plans, and specifications prepared by the team.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure that project goals are met.
- Lead meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to discuss project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design plans.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture, with 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This is a part-time position based in Greenland. The candidate must have a valid biometric passport.

We welcome candidates of any nationality who meet the above requirements. However, preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in Greenland or have experience working on projects in Arctic regions.
