Position: Preservation Architect
Location: Izhevsk, Russia
Salary: 1500$

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures while ensuring they adhere to modern safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of historic buildings and structures to determine their current condition and preservation needs
- Developing detailed restoration plans and presenting them to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies for approval
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to oversee the implementation of restoration projects
- Ensuring that all restoration work complies with local building codes and regulations
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Conducting research on historical preservation techniques and materials to inform restoration projects
- Maintaining accurate documentation of all restoration work for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Preservation Architect on restoration projects for historic buildings or structures
- Extensive knowledge of historical preservation techniques, materials, and regulations
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Biometric passport (or willingness/ability to obtain one)
- Fluency in English (Russian language skills preferred but not required)
