Job Title: Sales Manager - Herning, Denmark


We are searching for a motivated and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strong relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
- Train and onboard new sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Set individual goals for team members and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for management review

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role (experience in the fashion industry is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the fashion industry
- Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and make strategic decisions based on insights
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
