We are currently hiring for the position of Hotel Sales Manager in our upscale hotel in the beautiful city of Roskilde, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel sales and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time hours.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Build relationships with corporate clients and travel agents to secure new business
- Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and create marketing plans accordingly
- Collaborate with different departments within the hotel to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the hotel
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local market trends and competition in the hospitality industry

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, outgoing, and has a deep understanding of the importance of customer service. As we are an international hotel, proficiency in English is required. Fluency in other languages is considered an asset.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, as well as opportunities for growth within our company. Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Denmark.
