Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel services to potential clients. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as experience in the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the hotel
- Negotiate contracts with clients for group bookings or events
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of events or group bookings
- Monitor sales performance and provide reports to management
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with sales techniques such as prospecting, lead generation, and territory management
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month. Accommodation is not provided but visa sponsorship is available.
