Entry-Level Hotel Manager

As an Entry-Level Hotel Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operations of our hotel. You will be responsible for overseeing various departments such as front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage. Your responsibilities will include managing staff schedules, handling customer complaints, and ensuring that all guests have a positive experience during their stay.

This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry. We are willing to provide on-the-job training for the right candidate. This role also offers opportunities for advancement within our company.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Must have legal authorization to work in Doha

Salary:
Starting salary of $1200 per month with potential for increases based on performance.
