Web Designer


We are hiring a creative and talented Web Designer to join our growing team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs and objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing website layouts using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Collaborating with the development team to ensure website functionality and optimization
- Creating graphics, images, icons, and other visual elements for the website
- Conducting research on current design trends and incorporating them into projects
- Working closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements for their website
- Ensuring that all designs are user-friendly, responsive, and cross-browser compatible
- Testing website functionality and making necessary adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Web Designer or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web design tools
- Knowledge of design principles such as color theory, typography, layout, etc.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization
- Understanding of SEO principles for web design
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles
- Experience working with clients from diverse industries

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month plus additional benefits such as health insurance. Salary can be negotiated based on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Kaunas, Lithuania. For non-Lithuanian candidates, we provide visa sponsorship to work in Lithuania.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required for this position. Knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus but not required.
